Not sure why I’m being asked to do a review on my protection plan... but I’m glad I bought it, because if my ear buds stop working, I know Best Buy will replace them.

The agents of Geek Squad made sure that I was fully informed and kept me up-to-date with my replacement part issue for my home theater speaker.

I always buy a warranty on all my Best Buy products it is worth every penny. No hassle and always helpful if I have an issue with a product.
