Always get the product replacement!!! This is very important! Why spend money on something if you're not going to protect it?

If anything happens to my speaker I know geek squad will help me fix or replace it. They have always been great helping me out. I always buy their protection plan.

The BB warranty service is the way to go with majority of products. Don’t deal with the manufacture, let BB do it and go directly through your local warranty.

Excellent protection for what happens to the headsets and but a small price to pay to replace them.

I bought this for my jay bird freedoms. Previous earbuds, both wired and wireless, have all lost sound in one side only. So if these fail, I know I can get them replaced.
