I have the Echo and recently purchased the Dot to keep in the exercise room. It works great. Very convenient. Easy way to listen to music. I also bought one for a gift. They were thrilled. The Echo has a better sound than the Dot but you can add a portable blue tooth speaker which I have done. Now I don't have to move my Echo throughout the house. I also use it on the patio.

I love this warranty. My boys are hard on their electronics! Having a replacement warranty has been worth every penny. My boys break their headphones and I take them back to be replaced. All I have to do is pay for another warranty on the new set of headphones and walk out the door. So worth the money!!

I had Jaybird headphones that just quit working after a year. I found my emailed receipt from the purchase, took these back in and exchanged them for a Bose product. I didn't get any hassle at all. Easiest return/exchange ever. Definitely worth the price since the Jaybird's were originally $200.00 bucks.

The geek squad people are great. When you call someone, you get someone in the USA who knows what they are talking about. When you go to the store, they have also been super helpful. The extended warranty has always been worth it in my opinion and it's worth the extra cash for ease of mind.

I have always been a fan of Best Buy Service Plans. Granted it is like every other insurance: you hate paying for it, but you hate not having it when you need it. I have been on both sides of Best Buy Service Plans: I have purchased some and never used it and I have purchased some and used it. The experiences that I have had using them have all been good so I continue to purchase the service plans.

When it comes to stuff you use daily I personally truly recommend getting geek squad on your products you frequently use daily. Because the protection is so worth it, and they have replaced me original earphones for new ones I simply go and pick them out myself and bring up front for them to continue the transaction or I can get the credit and buy it myself in the cashier.

My favorite thing about Best Buy is their replacement plans! I received earbuds as a gift and they lasted an entire year, which is awesome, but then they stopped working, I had no fear I simply went to Best Buy, showed my receipt & picked up my new earbuds! This is an absolute must for any electronic item you purchase! Thanks Best Buy my gift will keep giving for years!!

I always purchase the optional Geek Squad Product Replacement plans from Best Buy with all my electronic device items. It's great knowing that no matter what, your device is covered & protected by Best Buy. The Geek Squad service also cannot be beat for courteous & professional assistance every time.

I was originally going to buy the bose soundlink, but found the sony for less than half the price of the the bose. I tried it out, and it sounds almost exactly like the bose soundlink. Sound reaches very loud, easy to use and connect with device. The only thing I wish the sony speaker had was a forward button to play the next song, but not that big of a deal. Overall, very happy with my purchase.

The micro plug on the back of my insignia brick2 broke, not sure why they still use that type of plug still its way to fragile, but thanks to my geek squad protection they gave me full price of what I payed cause they don't carry that item anymore. I always get the protection plan now

We have purchased the Geek Squad warranty for several items, but have only had to use it for a $20 pair of headphones of all things. When it came time to exchange them, it was easy to do and the staff was very helpful. Bonus, since it had been less than a month since we purchased the earbuds, they extended the warranty onto the new pair without charging us. It has been worth every penny.

This is the best service ever i bought a pair of headphones and when we opened the case there was a diffrent pair of headphones in there. I think someone had opened the case and replaced them with their old set. They exchanged them with minimal questioning and didnt try to make me feel like i was trying to pull a scam or somthing. I now get this service for everything i buy here

I bought the 2 years replacement warranty as every pair of earphones i have bought have always broken after a few months no matter how much they cost. As these Skullcandys were for my daughter I figured they would break soon enough. When they did break i was able to get a new replacement pair for the cost of the warranty, would buy this again and again.

I don't buy electronics without this support any longer. I've had a couple issues over the years with certain brands and having Geek Squad cover me makes the purchases worth it. I am extremely careful with expensive electronics so when I say I still buy this plan, it's a good deal.

2-Year Geek Squad Product Replacement- Love the 2-year Geek Squad Product Replacement! Works great for products you anticipate to break. I usually buy it for headphones, headphone jacks, chargers. Best Buy takes care of you if these fail within two years of purchase. Highly recommend.

I absolutely love Best Buy’s protection plan. They never give me any issues. If I have an issue with the item, as long as I have the rewards they swap it out.What’s even more amazing if they don’t carry the item you purchased the warranty for they will give you a FULL REFUND to use towards something else. You can beat it!!!! AWESOME, AWESOME, AWESOME!!!

If Best Buy is smart enough to offer replacement for the faulty products, then I will gladly spend my money at their store to find the good ones! This is why I shop here for stereo and TV and personal electronics. The other big store rhymes with “Flys” is horrible about backing up the products they sell! I will spend 2-5% more at Best Buy and shop with confidence!

So I bought my son (who is 5 and is in kindergarten) a set of headphones from office max (they didn't offer a warrenty) for school (a requirement) he brought them home (broken) 2 months later. So I went to best buy and bout headphones with a 2 year warrenty (thank god) he brought them home tonight (less than a month later) broken. Thank god for the warrenty

I purchased this 2-Year protection plan because BestBuy gives me the piece of mind that my product is really covered and all I have to do is go to the store and get it fixed or get a replacement. Instead of dealing with 3rd parties or mailing things and waiting forever to get it back.
