I’ve replaced my earbuds 4 times with this plan. The not problem is that after a certain time you have to mail the warranties item to the manufacturer.

Always great to know that if my product fails, I can easily get it repaired or replaced without any extra charges.

I havn't had to use the service since the original product I bought this for has lasted it. I wont give it a bad rating for its reputation, but I wont give it unearned praise. I dont personally prefer Geek Squad, but if you need it you need it I guess

this is a great option to insure against loss. have needed thison different items in the past and nice to be able to replace damaged items against total loss

Comes in clutch when you need to replace something worth the money if you buy something that is expensive and fragile

I typically don't buy these plans. Bought this one considering that it could be dropped, and wasn't too expensive. Very happy with the product, so I'm glad I did so.

Although I wouldn't purchase this with every purchase I Nantes at best buy, for fragile or things easily lost I think this is a great service.

had to get gsp w my blutooth speaker, 4k bluray player and oled tv just in case! dont regret not getting gsp!

Having a Geek Squad Product Replacement plan is always a good thing to have when you buy an expensive electronic.

Always buy the protection plan. Electronics always break, but bestbuy makes it painless to swap out or get a replacement.

I always recommend a protection plan for pricier items. It gives you peace of mind in the event something unexpected happens.

The protection plan is always a good idea when you have a dangerous job or have kids around. Never know when accidents will happen therefore It always come in handy.

We always get the replacement plan on what we buy and have never had any issues the time that we used it we brought the product back and were given a new one back

It is always good to have protection. I did not have to use this service, but had peace of mind knowing it was available.

I love Best Buy for this reason, I always get the plan so if something does happen I don't have to worry about getting another one out of the protection plan from best buy.
