the geek squad helped set up my television when I ran into some issues.. up and running in 5 minutes

I purchased this laptop for school after reading the reviews. Some of the reviews weren't favorable, but overall most was. I received it opened it up and found it to be very easy to get it up and running. No issues to date and have had it about 3 weeks. Great laptop for school and the price is right.

We were having problems with one of our computers. Called and were very helpful. He said as able to get on our computer remove and fix stuff it works like new.

When I purchase this item I always extended warranty it has never a mistake when you needed it exactly what I wanted it for replace the item no questions asked
