I have the GEEK squad service on this device. I usually get it on most of the items that I get from Best Buy. It nice to be able to take it back if something goes wrong.

We'll see along the line if the 2 years they deliver what they promised, so far i haven't use it.

I HAVE HAD GUEEKSQUAD FOR OVER 5 YEARS, I HAVE TAKEN MY THREE LAPTOPS ( THEY COVER UP TO 3 LAPTOPS PER PRODUCT PROTECTION) THEY UPGRADE MY LAPTOPS AS NEEDED, THEY CLEAN THEM OUT WHEN THEY START RUNNING SLOW! THANKS GEEKSQUAD

Over the years I’ve had kids step on their laptops sit on their laptops and break the screen so I would be foolish to give a gift of a notebook without a replacement policy.

This warranty is so easy to use in case needed to.

I haven’t had to use this warranty yet but you’ll never know. In the past I have had to use them and Bestbuy stepped right up and honored it with no questions asked.

I purchase the Geek squad replacement. But I forgot that year and half later when my Plantronics Bluetooth broke. I remembered about 26 months later after it expired. So don’t forget

This plan works for me because I have trouble with comparable Bluetooth devices that serves my needs like the Motorola Booms!! SOOOO HATE THAT BESTBUY HAS DISCONTINUED CARRYING THEM!!

I haven’t had the liberty to use this geek squad protection plan yet. But I know when the time comes and something wrong wit my product I already know I can. Count o. The Geek Squad!!!

What can you say about the excellent Geek Squad protection, cover to cover for two years at a great cost. No need to worry about a manufacturer's limited warranty coverage.

I cannot speak highly enough of purchasing the replacement program, it is quick and efficient if anything happens (which this is technology, let's get real, things often go wrong w/in 2 years no matter what the product is)

I purchased this for my Bluetooth and already I had to replace the ear Bluetooth. I am very glad I did purchase this Guarantee it was a no hassle replacement in and out of Best Buy.
