great warranty ive returned products before and had no problems getting them replaced or repaired.

I purchased two headsets for the guys to use in the shop - being used in the shop you can't be too careful - So I also purchased the protection plans for them - at $15 each, you can't beat that deal.

Best Buy has the best extended warranty that I have ever dealt with. They never asked any questions when you're returning something that doesn't work period I always get great service!

If you are a magnet for breaking things then pay the money for the warranty. I have never had an issue. Will continue to buy a warranty with every purchase. Well worth it!

Sometimes I have a tech that works on something and then they change settings which affect something else so I have to get back on to geek squad and order to get that repaired. And it usually takes way too long I keep it because I'm not very good and the computer but if you're working computer savvy u wouldn't necessarily need it

I am glad I decided to add this to my purchase. I feel good knowing this will be replaced if something happens in the next 2 years.

I haven't had to use it yet, but I was told they will replace my headset if it is damaged in any way, including if my dog chews on it, as long as I can recover the pieces to bring in.

Any purchases I make that offers the 2 yr warranty...I always give myself that protection because BB always honors it and I'm never out the money if I've found the dud in the inventory!
