great buy but if returning can only get store credit. The item purchased was broken and I wanted to trade for another but was not in store so I ordered another and went to return old as a trade but could not.

Most products fail at sometime after the first year...my last unit failed at 16 months. The 2 year protection plan paid off by replacing the unit. Very cost effective.
