The replacement policy is great just return the damaged item and just pay and new warranty that’s it

it's defiinitely worth it to buy the protection. Best Buy replaces it for free, if anything goes wrong. that's cheaper than buying a new one

Never buy a device with a warranty. Best Buy has a great staff of geek squads to help with troubleshooting and repair or replacements.
