They are friendly and so corporate with you. I have been dealing with them for 6 years now and they never fail me once.

I haven't had to use the service replacement, but and confident that for 2 years if I have any issues that cant be resolved the product will be replaced.

Always choose the extra warranty option! Never purchase anything without it.
