When I have any issues with my device they are happy to resolve or replace it. As long as you have the whole package

Sometimes I have a tech that works on something and then they change settings which affect something else so I have to get back on to geek squad and order to get that repaired. And it usually takes way too long I keep it because I'm not very good and the computer but if you're working computer savvy u wouldn't necessarily need it

great buy but if returning can only get store credit. The item purchased was broken and I wanted to trade for another but was not in store so I ordered another and went to return old as a trade but could not.
