Well this replacement policy is sure a good thing. Have a few products covered and had them replaced without any questions asked. The cost was fraction of the cost of the products. Highly recommend it.

Greta service I've had a few items go bad after the return period was over and best buy let me replace the item quickly with the same model or get my money back no questions ask.

I was never a big advocate of these service plans but best buy does go the extra mile to back what they say. So if you spent good money on something you use a lot, don't skimp on the service plan.
