No questions to answer , absolute 100% behind their warranty !! My wife has bad luck with her bluetooths , so she insists on that very product. Returned two or three times for breaking as well.

They always answer all my questions and I never have wait they are fast

My purchase wasn't working well. Intended to purchase new headset, remembered it was under warranty. Replacement was no charge. Item wasn't available in store; replacement was shipped to me at no charge.

I always get the replacement plan for items like headsets. Over time they seems to stop working. Never have I had a problem returning and being giving a new one.

We'll see along the line if the 2 years they deliver what they promised, so far i haven't use it.

I was never a big advocate of these service plans but best buy does go the extra mile to back what they say. So if you spent good money on something you use a lot, don't skimp on the service plan.
