We got this 2-year-geek-squad-program when I got my husbands new flat screen computer several yrs ago! We would not buy any device or appliance without getting your protection!!!

I like that I have the service and I will use it. If it comes down to it.

I have the GEEK squad service on this device. I usually get it on most of the items that I get from Best Buy. It nice to be able to take it back if something goes wrong.

Over the years I’ve had kids step on their laptops sit on their laptops and break the screen so I would be foolish to give a gift of a notebook without a replacement policy.

I haven’t had to use this warranty yet but you’ll never know. In the past I have had to use them and Bestbuy stepped right up and honored it with no questions asked.

I purchase the Geek squad replacement. But I forgot that year and half later when my Plantronics Bluetooth broke. I remembered about 26 months later after it expired. So don’t forget

This plan works for me because I have trouble with comparable Bluetooth devices that serves my needs like the Motorola Booms!! SOOOO HATE THAT BESTBUY HAS DISCONTINUED CARRYING THEM!!
