I always purchase Geek Swuad protection plans when I purchase ne equipment. I find this incredibly helpful if anything goes wrong. Geek squad is the best!

I recommend to always purchase the additional protection. You just never know what might happen. Easier than sending back to the manufacturer.

Don't ever buy a product at best buy without inquiring as to whether this is available for the product purchased. Manufacturers warranties are very difficult and time consuming to pursue.

I love best buy Geek Squad warranty. They replace the product is its broken or defective with no hassle. If the product is in the store, you just go get another one. Its totally work the purchase!!

If you have concerns about the product you're buying get the 2 year replacement it's truly no hassle. Just go to the counter present the item and receipt and choose another product. It's that simple.

YOU CAN NEVER GO WRONG WITH HAVING A PRODUCT REPLACEMENT ON AN ELECTRONIC. I HAVE USED THEM IN THE PAST AND ITS BEEN A MONEY SAVER .

Everything may not be worth the warranty, replacement plan but things like this (bluetooth) that i use repeatedly and all day, everyday, its been the best purchase/ decision I've made!

HAD A SMALL PROBLEM WITH THE PLUG IN PORTION OF THE EARPIECE. WENT DIRECTLY TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND IMMEDIATELY GOT A BRAND NEW EARPIECE WITHIN ONE MINUTE. AND I DIDN'T EVEN HAVE A RECEIPT !!!!!

I've a laptop computer key board develop a "sticking" key and Best Buy took care of it. Nice to know that on purchases that are significant I have support.

I don't recommend leaving the store without purchasing this warranty for your device. It's saved me multiple times when having to replace something I purchased that broke or stopped working.
