Sometimes I have a tech that works on something and then they change settings which affect something else so I have to get back on to geek squad and order to get that repaired. And it usually takes way too long I keep it because I'm not very good and the computer but if you're working computer savvy u wouldn't necessarily need it

Any purchases I make that offers the 2 yr warranty...I always give myself that protection because BB always honors it and I'm never out the money if I've found the dud in the inventory!
