Def. Worth the warranty! I have been so very thankful I got the coverage on my Bluetooth! Since 2012 I have been buying the same name brand. Wonderful! When the Bluetooth gave me a problem, I am able to take it back to Best Buy and they have replaced with no problem! Thank you Best Buy.

always hesitate when offered these things but when I needed it they were awesome. The time was nearly expired and still no issue with honoring it. I walked in, told them it started having issues--they told to go grab another unit from the shelf and gave me credit against the new one i choose--took less than 10 minutes

Anytime I buy something expensive I always purchase the two-year geek squad replacement service because if anything happens within that time range to your item you can just take it back to Best Buy and they replace it and if they don’t have a replacement they’ll either upgrade it to a newer model or refund your money.

had to use the warranty one time because the earpiece finally died after a year of constant use. all I did was going to the customer service tell them the problem they look my information up for the warranty, to pick out another one came back check me out easy as 123

I have a friend that lives Plantronics because you can answer your phone without removing the Bluetooth headsets.Plus it has a talking feature that will tell you who's calling. It will say "answer or ignore". That's what my friend likes about the Plantronic headset.

You can't go wrong with this warranty this is the second time since I purchased my Bluetooth I broke it. I just walked into Best Buy with just the little black broken blue tooth no receipt charger wire nothing they take it no questions asked look up your account you give them the new one and that's it in a few min walk out with a brand new product love it!!!!

The 2-Year Geek Squad Product Replacement warranty is well worth the few bucks that it costs. The earpiece on my Plantronics M95 blue tooth device keeps breaking. Over the past 3 years it has broken twice. Each time the device was replaced with no problem. Thanks Geek Squad warranty.

Really good product have had no hassle in the past using the extended warranty just go to the store customer service counter and get the product replaced right away or buy similar product if original is not available just pay the difference in value

Though a little pricey, Best Buy's Product Replacement Plan is excellent/outstanding. On occasion it has been necessary for me to return a product. There has never been any issues or delays in the return process - always taken care of professionally, courteously and efficiently. This is one of the primary reasons I shop at Best Buy .

As a truck driver I am always wearing my head set while driving and working outside my truck. My buddies reccomended purching the 2 year warranty. The other day the headset began to break at the size adjuster. I brought it in and the Best Buy team was all over it. Had me a new head set and renewed warrant plan in less than 10 minutes.

Geek squad protection is the best thing to always have. Never leave the store without it.

Power bank keeps my mobile and other electronic devices alive while travelling long distances. So I needed some extended warranty beyond 1 year manufacturing warranty for my powerbank. I purchased Geek squad 2 year product replacement for this. I have not used their services since my powerbank is running absolutely fine.

I have never regretted getting this insurance. Always get it!
