I have purchased many items from best buy and usually purchase the protection plan. I have purchased 2 items in the last few months and had issues with both of them and had to return. I don't have to worry about the items for the next 2 years because of this protection. For the few dollars you have to spend on the protection I think it is well worth it.

This warrantee came in handy when my charger went out. I was so glad to have it for my next purchase (replacement charger). I wish I could have gotten another.

I had purchased this plan to cover a bluetooth headset. I wasn't happy with the headset so I returned it 8 days later and received a full refund of the purchase price. Although I never need to use this plan, it was good to have just in case of a malfunction. Would recommend.

If you want to protect your original purchase money then this is the way to go! Tv back light went out and this plan got me my original $275 I spent protected one a store credit. Tv was junked out so I was able to put that money towards a newer/bigger tv.

Electronic items are not meant to last forever. Just how they’re made It’s a business move. That’s why I put protection on everything since it’s under my phone number so I don’t have to keep the papers or activate anything. Haven’t had a problem with a protection plan yet.

Geek Squad added protection plan has paid for itself on every product I have a plan added. For just a few more dollars you have the convenience of returning to the store rather than dealing with manufacturer. Nothing says cover my purchase more than that of a Bluetooth earpiece. I haven't had to replace it or use the service yet, but that is testament to how good I think Jabra products are built! Nice to know I am covered if I need it.
