My husband get these for his headphones. He uses his headphones all the time and ends up needing new ones pretty often. He just gets the insurance and gets new ones. Then he buys insurance again. So he ends up paying $20 for new ones after the first buy.

I always add geek squad protection to my devices so that if anything happens, I can get service for that particular item.

I don't mind the insurance for some things. When I have had to use the insurance it has worked well and I was satisfied with the results. In the end the insurance people always win. Moral of the story if you think it will fail buy insurance???

Great service I highly recommend its well worth the extra money it covers loss, damage etc. The only thing I dislike now is that they dont offer coverage for Plantronics bluetooths anymore.

This is the reason why I buy all my electronics at Best Buy because of the guarantee they offer, which is great. The only thing that they have withdrawn a certain product is the guarantee. I think that if the products do not work, it is better that they not sell them in their store.

Geek squad replacement policies are always worth purchasing. Fortunately I have not had to use this policy for this product as of yet however I have used their product replacement policy on other purchases and it is an easy process. Thanks geek squad!

The Geek Squad protection plans are a must! There is nothing like the added security of knowing your devices are protected in the event of a malfunction, accident, etc. The protection plans are affordable and are well worth it.

We love this protection having a 2-year protection is always a great investment I love it my wife loves it my teenager loves it we always get protection whenever we go to BestBuy whenever we purchase anyting I'm just so grateful Best buy offers it thanks Best buy

I've taken my ASUS laptop to the GS once for an issue. All my installed programs, photos, & documents had seemed to disappear and they found one of the programs wasn't compatible. They uninstalled that and installed an updated version of the same thing and voila everything came back! They are marvelous!

At my age, I think I have become wiser that is why I always buy the geek squad protection plan. While the devices may fail, geek squad protection never fail me. I get geek squad protection on everything i purchase. I highly recommended it.

Squat product replacement it's awesome to have wary free you are totally protected if you have any problems with your product and you do have this protection you bring it back to the store and they will give you a gift card to repurchase it I love it where we free zone when you buy at Best Buy I do recommend

The Geek Squad warranty is the greatest thing ever! It has saved me money and hassle more than once. Best Buy and Geek Squad have taken care of me when I had my doubts that even they could cover it. I would never buy anything without the warranty!

This plan is awesome. If the product you bought the plan on should break or is damaged, you bring it back to BEST BUY, you replace the item with one of equal value, and all you need to pay for a new protection plan.
