I always get the replacement plan for items like headsets. Over time they seems to stop working. Never have I had a problem returning and being giving a new one.

My purchase wasn't working well. Intended to purchase new headset, remembered it was under warranty. Replacement was no charge. Item wasn't available in store; replacement was shipped to me at no charge.

This came in handy once or twice but you have to read the fine print.

Had an issue with a recently purchased Chromebook, took it to the store, had it up and running in a few minutes.

Using this Geek Squad service is very important, to me; however, ot all of the service providers are of high quality. The Geek Squad must upgrade their competent level, to be credible.

I was never a big advocate of these service plans but best buy does go the extra mile to back what they say. So if you spent good money on something you use a lot, don't skimp on the service plan.

I always purchase the warranty plan on items I will use most of the time with the possibility of damages. I feel its worth the extra money. It's replaced or u get your money back with no questions.

Great experience. I know how to mount a television all I needed was the delivery. They called upon arrival, had their mask on before they entered the home and had an articulate answer for questions asked .

Having Geek Squad protection is great if you run into problems with your electronic devices. I have not had to use Geek Squad recently, but they have been very helpful in the past.
