Very happy with Geek Squad replacement policy. No hassles with returning defective products. Instant replacement is great. Wouldn't by a product with out this policy.

After replacing several ear pieces without the insurance it became costly to purchase new ones. Product replacement insurance made a difference. It is the last thing that one would think about when making a purchase. Give insurance a second thought.
