Haven't used it yet but has always worked when I needed repairs

After replacing several ear pieces without the insurance it became costly to purchase new ones. Product replacement insurance made a difference. It is the last thing that one would think about when making a purchase. Give insurance a second thought.

Geek squad is the best. No hassle returns and exchanges that you agree on.

I break things so I buy this insurance. I normally never buy insurance, but Best Buy is different. Unlike others that want to try and fix the item or argue with me about why it broke, Best Buy just gives me a new replacement with no attitude and a smile.

Good warranty for replacement. I recommend it to get it.

Unfortunately I've had to use my Product Replacement plan several times, but I'm glad I had it. Many products have limited life or people don't use the best care, so it's a great idea to purchase these.

I was able to connect all my devices with only the assistance of the insructions that came with the devices.

At my age, I think I have become wiser that is why I always buy the geek squad protection plan. While the devices may fail, geek squad protection never fails me. I highly recommended it.
