I break things so I buy this insurance. I normally never buy insurance, but Best Buy is different. Unlike others that want to try and fix the item or argue with me about why it broke, Best Buy just gives me a new replacement with no attitude and a smile.

Unfortunately I've had to use my Product Replacement plan several times, but I'm glad I had it. Many products have limited life or people don't use the best care, so it's a great idea to purchase these.

Amazing charger charges my iphone and iPad really fast and laptop last quite awhile

We got this 2-year-geek-squad-program when I got my husbands new flat screen computer several yrs ago! We would not buy any device or appliance without getting your protection!!!

LOVE THESE REPLACEMENT PLANS. MY HUBBY IS A TRUCK DRIVER AND USES EITHER A BLUETOOTH OR A HEADSET EARPIECE DAILY. WE PURCHASE THIS COCERGAE FOR ANY PRODUCT WE CAN. THERE IS NEVER AN ISSUE IF WE HAVE TO REPLACE OR EXCHAGE THEM.

I haven’t had to use this warranty yet but you’ll never know. In the past I have had to use them and Bestbuy stepped right up and honored it with no questions asked.

Over the years I’ve had kids step on their laptops sit on their laptops and break the screen so I would be foolish to give a gift of a notebook without a replacement policy.
