This headset has it tender spots like all the rest. I have used replacement plan a number of times because of rain, sweat, dropped, twisted the wrong way, buttons stopped working. Best replacement plan I have ever spent money on.

The product replacement was well worth it. When my earpiece that I loved had an issue almost two years into owning it, I was able to get it replaced very quickly. Worth the extra $.

With every purchase I make I make sure to apply the geek squad insurance. I just have the luck of breaking or having functional issues and this allows me the freedom to replace or fix or even get my money back.

This warranty was worth purchasing. My Bluetooth stop working and it was simple as selecting another and paying the difference. Well worth it :-) I can't function without my Bluetooth.

A radio, camera and speakers were installed. The speakers had to be adjusted one other time, after the second time the installation was good.

BestBuy is simply the best on this. Always get service. Will save you a great headache.

Hold a charge for hours and hours. Great charger but it is a little bulky.

This protection package is very much worth the money. They stand behind their warranty. When service was needed they were there and fixed the problem. These guys are great.

For added piece of mind,I didn’t hesitate to get the added protection. I’ve had the Geek Squad exited warranty before. It’s very easy to navigate,, if you have a claim.

This has great sound quality and battery life. I have owned several different ear pieces over the years and have never really been able to hear with them, but this one I can hear and understand everything being said. The down side of this product is that it does not have a standard charger so don't leave this one any where. And the cord for the charger is very short, not even long enough to plug in and sit in a night stand.
