For added piece of mind,I didn’t hesitate to get the added protection. I’ve had the Geek Squad exited warranty before. It’s very easy to navigate,, if you have a claim.

I was recommended the protection because anything can happen and when you are spending time on the water the threat of damage is can ruin a day.

This has great sound quality and battery life. I have owned several different ear pieces over the years and have never really been able to hear with them, but this one I can hear and understand everything being said. The down side of this product is that it does not have a standard charger so don't leave this one any where. And the cord for the charger is very short, not even long enough to plug in and sit in a night stand.

This really comes in hand when needed, would recommend if your someone who breaks things often or doesn’t trust their selves with their expensive purchases.

I enjoy the idea of having a replacement program in effect with any major purchase I ever make where I intend to use the product often, such as this one. Therefore I say peace of mind is well worth the extra money put into this.

We always get geeksquad for our gadgets. Things break!

When my charger stopped charging I was able to get a refund for the item as it was no longer available and then was able to buy the newest model for my charger.

I didn't use to buy extra protection on items, but things happen, and it helps to know that I am assured another item if something goes wrong.

I will see if this item will be replaced free of charge once again

Best Buy has the best warranty in the business. It’s a bonus that you can take stuff to them. Or if it’s to big, like with certain tv’s. They will send a tech out to you.
