If you are a magnet for breaking things then pay the money for the warranty. I have never had an issue. Will continue to buy a warranty with every purchase. Well worth it!

The one good thing I like it about geek squad replacement that any time my device has a problem I just go replace it with a new one.

Sometimes I have a tech that works on something and then they change settings which affect something else so I have to get back on to geek squad and order to get that repaired. And it usually takes way too long I keep it because I'm not very good and the computer but if you're working computer savvy u wouldn't necessarily need it

The agents are great when uou need help with setupand problem shooting. I get this warranty on most of my purchases.

Best Buy has the best extended warranty that I have ever dealt with. They never asked any questions when you're returning something that doesn't work period I always get great service!

I bought a blue tooth and added the protection plan for a fraction of the cost. The item faild and I had no hassle geting it replaced.

I was having trouble with my laptop and the geek squad is awesome. They pinpointed it down and had it repaired in a short time.

I haven't had to use it yet, but I was told they will replace my headset if it is damaged in any way, including if my dog chews on it, as long as I can recover the pieces to bring in.

Any purchases I make that offers the 2 yr warranty...I always give myself that protection because BB always honors it and I'm never out the money if I've found the dud in the inventory!

glad I bought this 2-year replacement deal since the tripod broke the first time I used it. Best Buy replaced it immediately.

The fact that you are able to replace old broken items with new ones is a win.
