no problem with protection plan, never leave store without one

Had to use my warranty just to replace a faulty item that should have been replaced anyways and the item had a 2 year warranty as well , so I feel I was ripped off "paying 90$" to replace a faulty item

I'm not happy with the changes to this warranty. I have purchased many warranties from Best Buy and never had to pay the difference of a replacement due to defects.
