Just not what I expected from you guys, It gets worse trying to talk to someone that actually knows what to do.

works well for first three months then quits charging but compared to other devices its probably the best out there in the market

I haven't had to use this service yet so I can't really review it more than 3 stars

Purchased for daughter and soccer for college scouts. COVID killed that here in CA, so returned with ease

Everyone should purchased Geek squad when purchasing electronics just for a piece of mind.

I enjoy the brand. You can attach more than one phone to this earpiece.

I didn’t request this plan, I’ve been try for a year to stop this payment from being added to my account. The service I don’t need. I’ve called and visit the Store located on Two Notch Road in Columbia South Carolina Several times. Please DO NOT ADD THIS TO MY BILL WHICH IM TRYING TO PAY OFF ON A FIX INCOME. THANK YOU IN ADVANCE.The workers are great, however I don’t need the service.

Its just a 2 year protection that I will probably never use so no big deal here.
