I am super excited with my 2 year Geek Squad product replacement. The purchase price for this is well worth it. I've purchase one before and of course when I needed sevice, they acted quickly and superb quality. Thank you Geek Squad.

This is the reason why I buy all my electronics at Best Buy because of the guarantee they offer, which is great. The only thing that they have withdrawn a certain product is the guarantee. I think that if the products do not work, it is better that they not sell them in their store.

A must have for any purchase. I am completely satisfied with my geek squad protection. I would be out a few hundred dollars.

Nothing says cover my purchase more than that of a Bluetooth earpiece. I haven't had to replace it or use the service yet, but that is testament to how good I think Jabra products are built! Nice to know I am covered if I need it.

My husband get these for his headphones. He uses his headphones all the time and ends up needing new ones pretty often. He just gets the insurance and gets new ones. Then he buys insurance again. So he ends up paying $20 for new ones after the first buy.

Great service I highly recommend its well worth the extra money it covers loss, damage etc. The only thing I dislike now is that they dont offer coverage for Plantronics bluetooths anymore.

Geek Squad added protection plan has paid for itself on every product I have a plan added. For just a few more dollars you have the convenience of returning to the store rather than dealing with manufacturer. Thanks Sue at Heritage Trace for taking the time to explain the plan and how easy it is to use when kids use tech toys.

Great to have if you worry about your products. They work with you to resolve any problem you may have.

I don't mind the insurance for some things. When I have had to use the insurance it has worked well and I was satisfied with the results. In the end the insurance people always win. Moral of the story if you think it will fail buy insurance???

Bought this for my power bank because I've had them fail in the past. Got this as a precaution and never had to use it but nice to have

The Geek Squad protection plans are a must! There is nothing like the added security of knowing your devices are protected in the event of a malfunction, accident, etc. The protection plans are affordable and are well worth it.

Geek squad replacement policies are always worth purchasing. Fortunately I have not had to use this policy for this product as of yet however I have used their product replacement policy on other purchases and it is an easy process. Thanks geek squad!
