    During Covid 19, I tried to get help for my computer through an agent who tried remotely to fix my computer. In November when I returned my HP ENVY x360 to the store to have it repaired because the hinges literally broke off without any pressure or abuse from my end. THEY REPLACED IT WITHOUT A CAMERA OR MICROPHONE! HOW COULD THIS BE? HOW DID THE GEEK SQQUAD MISS THIS! This was, unfortunately not noticed until I needed it- in February. Then Covid happened in March. Oh well for me, it seems. I do not know how I will get this replaced before my warranty runs out in 2 weeks. The closest store is an hour away .

    Purchased but have already had to replace battery 2 times as it burned out and barely got to use it. Purchased with warranty at Best Buy thanks to the advices of the cashier who shared there have been many issues with the batteries on this product but had to take it in store to fix and time spent was not worth the time it was operable. Glad my contract is up next month. Won't be re-purchasing or renewing any hot spot thanks to this experience with this product. Not worth the headache.
