    I understand they won't replace if you lose it but wish you could get a refund or something for the geek squad. Lost a Bluetooth on jobsitw. Now out blue tooth and geek squad. My fault just wish I could transfer to a new head set. Won't be doing that again.

    Why did they stop offering this for my plantronics 5220!?!?! IM SO UPSET OVER THIS "BEST BUY!!" I RETURNED MY OLD ONE TODAY SINCE IT WASNT WORKING RIGHT AND THE EMPLOYEE TOLD ME I WASNT ABLE TO REPURCHASE THE WARRANTY AND HE COULDNT RE-ISSUE IT!!!! WHY????!!!!! THATS GREAT SO WHEN THIS ONE BREAKS IM JUST SOL THANKS!!!! TOTAL BS BEST BUY!!!!! GUESS I'LL JUST HAVE TO SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR NOW ON THAT OFFERS WARRANTIES AND DOESNT SCREW OVER THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!!

    These people are the most uneducated people that I’ve met. They have no clue how to repair or educated enough to be able to repair anything. Only thing this warranty is good for it is to get a new one if it breaks. They will need to educate these people on how to fix and repair stuff. This is an excellent warranty if you just gonna change out the product for a new one.

    I haven’t had to use this but it was activated before I even received my order so therefore about 10 days is cut off from my geek squad protection. Not cool. I may need those extra 10 days in the future. It was activated as soon as it shipped. Then it took almost 2 weeks for me to receive my product. Best Buy needs to do something about this.

    I purchased a Nintendo switch for my son from your store with warranty. My wife and son was scheduled an appointment for 6/6/2020 to which she was given five(5) days she would have received the product but until this moment she’s still waiting can anyone give me an answer?

    Estimated completion date was 11/25/2020. When I call the store I get the same recorded message. When I ask to speak to someone I'm told to call back. You had to know you would be jammed. Why didn't you add enough staff to handle the calls?

    Purchased Geek Squad protection on 4 phones. We experienced issues and Geek Squad sent me to contact Samsung. They wouldn't even attempt to diagnose the issue.

    Disappointed with the product replacement. Does not cover when your device is lost. You are better off with not getting the protection plan for plantronics bluetooth device's.
