We got this for my grand daughters tablet figured it was worth it Incase she breaks it

It is needed gor me wit young kids.I use it due to it is broken and this helped a lot

I have not had any issues yet but I know it is a reliable service in terms of repair

When I turn in my item they said that they can have it done It took a month and a half and it ended up that I needed a replacement but they never contacted me that I did I had to contact them and I didn't like that They didn't keep in contact all I asked for was a replacement camera lens cuz it was cracked and they couldn't even fix that They made me replace the whole thing and they didn't even have the replacement in the store So I had to buy a more expensive one as a replacement

The cost of the plan is a little steep as it is half the cost of the surface pro but I still think it’s worth it because if anything happens to it, I can get it fixed and if it’s not fixable, I get a brand new one.

Geek Squad is always there to help. I haven't had any problems with my Tab E, but they were very helpful with a couple questions I had about it. They also didn't try to upsale a more expensive tablet. Kudos Geek Squad!
