Wow these people are Awesome.. I have had to call them several times already. Very polite and curtious attentive .Paying close attention to detail and to the problems you are having with your appliances. Wow these folks are Smart. In case of any unfortunate accidents with your merchandise and/or products in which you purchase from Best Buy you should not leave without FIRST purchasing the 2-Year Accidental Protection Plan. Believe me it will save you money, just in case something happens to your items.

Great place to get all you digital wants and needs

I recommend this if your buying for a child because they are accident prone. My daughter got a tablet for Christmas, two days later it was cracked because she left it on thr floor and the dog walked across it. Best Buy replaced it no questions asked.

I’ve never really had anything broken just yet to where they would have to fix it. But, on the other hand. There was a time where I would purchase something and if it stopped working or wasn’t charging like it’s suppose to. It would get exchanged out no questions asked. Best Buy is always helping customers out from my experience.

Like the tablet so far, no issues, wish the battery lasted a bit longer but overall it’s great!

The Geek Squad staff in person and on the phone have always been efficient, curteous and of great help when needed in the past and I have no doubt they will do the same if needed on this new item I purchased. The only issue I have is with the manner of how they are managed in the store. In the Boynton Beach store there's always chaos at the Geek counter. There's no line for people with appointments nor a line for those without appointmens who just have a quick question. There's no way to check in if you do have an appointment thus you have to wait on a long line which is ludicrous and makes the appointment concept mote.

I am pretty technical so I didnt utilize them for set up, but it is nice to have the peace of mind should something happen. For around 100 bucks, I think its silly not to get it being that the computer approaches $1000. Will update review if and when I need to use the service.
