Do not purchase warranty from Geek Squad, it's a waste of money and a total scam with your item breaks. They are not helpful, the Geek Squad supervisor at the Roseville CA Galleria location is rude and disrespectful. His tone of approach is not customer friendly at all. DO away with the warranty. Besides the cashiers at the store make you to believe that when you purchase warranty and your item breaks it will be replaced, all lies. I wish there was a way to give 0 stars.

Never go without our warranty. Super easy to replace devices when you get a warrantyvthrough best buy. Never have an issue when we need to use our warranty.

I purchased this warranty to go with my new tablet. My husband has the same tablet and he hasn't had any problems with it but when I purchased my tablet I wanted to have the coverage on it.

It's a great little tablet while not little it's almost 15 in pretty heavy if you're trying to read it like a newspaper

Being able to fix your computer iPad or any other product you buy at Best Buy in the same place is important

The Geek Squad at the Lake Jackson store have been very patient & helpful correcting problems with our laptops & tablet. The problems ranged from virus corrupted operating systems, to operator errors. They were friendly, professional, & made timely repairs.

My experience with Geek Squad was amazing. The representatives treated me as though I was truly valuable. I will always use their services whenever I purchase at Best Buy!

Its always a good idea to get the protection, try to think about how youre using the product and the environment it will be in. For my mose costly electronice i always have them plugged into a ups that has automatic voltage regulation. I would like to see a better assessment of coverage options. Most just go by cost of the product, but if they really stood by quality of the items being brought in , that would provide a better scheme for coverage options.

If you own electronics and you have kids, purchasing an extended warranty four laptops and other items is crucial. I have never had a problem with service from Best Buy so I don’t have a problem with purchasing service plans.

GET THIS!!! ESPECIALLY IF YOURE CLUMSY OR HAVE KIDS LOL. I PURCHASED THIS WITH MY MICROSOFT SURFACE PRO 7 AND MY SON BROKE MY LAPTOP LITERALLY A WEEK BEFORE MY WARRANTY EXPIRED, TURNS OUT THEY CANT REPLACE THE SCREEN ON MY LAPTOP SO I ENDED UP GETTING A WHOLE NEW MONITOR!!

Would highly recommend this product. Needed a new laptop for nursing school, this was the perfect option. Super fast,lightweight and wasy to use. Love the quality of the picture amd the touch screen :)

I haven’t used it yet this time around but in my experience anytime I have ever used them, they were exceptional. They fix the problem and are always polite .

My wife is hard on tablets and remote controls. She broke the circuit board by pressing the mute button on three DirecTV remotes. We needed the protection plan for this Amazon Fire. Went the first one broke, they had stopped producing that model. The replacement was the same size but the next generation.
