    Always purchase a protection plan for kindles. The kindle starts to give problem less than 1 year of purchase.

    Purchased the warranty since this tablet was for our 15 year old son. It is a bit difficult to get a new one since it has to be shipped off. We had to wait till summer break since he had to have a computer at school everyday
