IT IS A GREAT PROTECTION PLAN..I HAVE A PLAN ON ALL MY ELECTRONICS

I have not used them yet for my new surface pro. However, past experiences with other audio equipment have been handled and fixed without a hassle

They do not replace the device. They only give you a store credit for the price you paid at the time of purchase. I'm not sure why they claim that things are covered when in all actuality the price of purchase and the price today are different so my son will be leaving with no tablet today because we are only getting a gift card for the price we paid for the tablet when we purchased it which is different than the price in store today. That is a very very very falsely advertised product and it's extremely frustrating

Anything I purchase I was throw that Geek Squad protection on just to be safe. It's not that I anticipate something going wrong but accidents happen.

Had to use this as the last tablet quit working. Super easy and no hassle.

I don't buy anything electronic without buying the Geek Squad coverage.
