    I have needed the Geek Squad several times. I guess it depends on who is helping you, but I have only had 1 good experience when face-to-face with staff from Geek Squad. They seemed uninterested and not really wanting to the time to really explain what it is they are doing for you. Basically rushed out of my appointment time that I was allocated pretty quickly - so a little disappointing.

    Got this for my dad as a Christmas gift. This is a good tablet for the price range and does what he needs it to do.

    It was a big mansion for my replacement it took them 4 months to replace my son's tablet and then on top of that they gave me a store credit card I bought it in the store because it wasn't in the store and it didn't come so I had to reorder it but overall satisfied a little pain in the butt but satisfied
