    I would give them 5 stars but I had insurance on our old tablets and when our house burnt down for hurricane zeta they said since we didn't have the tablets there was nothing they could do and I think the insurance should have covered that but instead I had to get two more.

    Got this for my 6 y.o. its a great atb and it actually plays Pokemon. Lol. That was important to them!

    Priced a bit on the higher side and probably did not need it considering the last tablet was taken care of really well and was only replaced because of lack of internal storage.

    It would be better if it last for the amount of time you purchased it for. Instead if you use it 2 months for now. You would have to purchase it again for the replacement. I won’t continue to the replacement or transfer.

    I got hosed without the warranty on a previous tablet. Use it for work and it got dropped and the screen cracked. out of 90 day factory coverage and woudn't replace, couldn't repair. Had to buy another. Got the coverage and a better protective case this time
