Geek squad really professional when we called in for support

Keeps my device clean. Anti virus is really updated.

I wish I didn't have to pay for help with an item But I definately need the virus protection

Always buy coverage for computer/tablets. Then you changed your protection plans. In 2 months I bought 4 separate plans that should've been covered under 2. Your employees are great but are forced to follow your corporate guidelines and I feel those aren't always in the customers best interest. Need work in this area.

Had to return to store so I could purchase somewhere cheaper due to no price matching during Thanksgiving week. Best Buy wouldnt even price match their own sales price.

I started with an Insignia and HATED it. Swapped for a Samsung Table A. Much better!!

I love the geek squad! And, always get their insuance on any electronics over $150. However, for my Tablet, it was not used or needed so, for me wasted money spent. It was my 1st and only Tablet bought so, i didnt realize how strong they are made.
