    Took the product to the same stroe i purchased it from & they said they couldn't repair it. The tech guy toom it to the back (it was dead) came back out less than 2 mins later & said "yeah, so we arent going to be able to fix it because we dont work on tablets"...OK SO WHY THE &%$= DID YOU SELL ME GEEK SQUAD PROTECTION ON A DEVICE YOU KNOW FULL WELL YOU DONT SERVICE?? Ended up paying Microsoft $300 to repair it whoch they did in less than a day & it was only the battery.

    Works great. But make sure you keep or know you bit locker key!!! I had to pay to get mine completely reset becuz it messed up and asked and it was never saved

    I like that it is fully covered and I can bring my defective device back to the store. I don’t like that I have to repurchase protection, I feel like it should just transfer over

    Very expensive protection plan to have to be without my device for several weeks and they don't do anything beyond manufacturers warranty.
