The service itself is terrible. Service employees were all great though. Which makes this review sting all the more to write. Expensive service fees considering the upfront cost. Huge pain to get stuff through because online system is awful and stores have long waits for appointments. This is made worse by the fact that multiple technical glitches on Best Buy's end extended my wait. If I had an iphone with applecare I would pay 150 less for a replacement and I would have got it day of. With geek squad, I'm paying you that 150 to jerk me around for 5 days before I wait 5-7 business days to get a replacement. Your employees are great, wish I could say the same about the product. Not paying your warranty again.

Once again Best Buy can't get the item here on time. Paid for next day shipment and in reality, going to take 4 days.

I would give a zero,,best buy sold me a dead watch,i tried returning it the verynext day and they tell me this is not what they sold me so they will not take it back.This was in their west hartford office in ct.Please if you want your peace of mind do not buy from them.They are engaging in fraudulent activity.

Rarely used A9 tablet just stopped working. Won't turn on. Just terrible product by samsung.

Buyer beware. Keyboard should be included at pickup. Make sure it is before you leave store. Also keyboard included with it is older without the Slim Pen 2 charging so it makes the slim pen worthless. Too many ifs and thens with this deal. Stay away.

The tablet freezes up constantly - screen does not respond to any type of touch. Many of the apps I regularly use are not compatible with this tablet. Pros - great set up for the keypad, long battery life.

Bought it a few days ago when it was on sale. Galaxy tab 7 processing speed too slow, will buy a newer model to try one day.

Why would you give a delivery timeline when you haven’t shipped. This is intentional deceit. My daughters were looking forward to receiving their tabs now I can’t even give them an update. They are like we’ll tell you when we ship it. The store I chose is just by my house.

It took exactly 44 days for this poor preforming tablet, with poor resolution, poor pixel density and just overall poor performance, to just simply quit working. Wont boot up. The only positive I have for this tablet was that it had a good aspect ratio. Will Samsung or any other Android tablet maker ever make a quality 8 inch class tablet. Who knows

3 yr protection is half the cost of the tablet, makes no sense.

I wanted a big screen to keep kid’s of my iPad but it was a headache picking up setup then returning next day my 4 year old little gamer was crying because she lost her game because it’s timed and the thing was freezing not moving I played a game just to make sure she wasn’t over reacting and it Sucks 4 /23/2020 spend the money save the headache I will never buy anything mad in China again FYI## I have great internet connection.... Just a shame on me for being cheap I wasted 3 days of my time

My lenovo tablet shuts down when on it and sound misses up

Kids can’t use for online school!!! Have to have subscription to use for kids or it just shuts that part down and you bought you another tablet….. they don’t tell you ahead of time about that!!!! Son’s COMPLETELY crashed just after warranty for no reason totally a waste of my money!!!!!!!!

I would love to review the product but as i am on my 3rd delay and shipping mess up due to their site not importing all of the address i wouldn't know if this is a good product yet..

I’ve never had a problem activating computers, tablets, phones or anything else. But I worked on this for an hour, and NEVER got it activated! What a waste of money!!!!!!!’

Kept going in circles with my case. Put in old parts that made Samsung identified as past warranty period.
