Having geek squad protection sure came in handy when the granddaughters ipad quit working all of a sudden. They sent out a new one even before we had sent back the old one. Thanks, she needed it for school.

Any of our large device purchases we get the geek squad protection and let me tell ya - they came through for us in the best way this time. My son dropped my husband's new tablet and damaged the screen and geek squad saved it. And we got it back in a week! Worth every penny :)

If you planning to travel a lot with our electronic equitment is not a good option, it has not having any international cover even when at the store says that it has. On the other hand, is an excellent option to have it for US, give you a great service plan and cover a lot of normal accidents such though to the floor, water, not working cables, etc. Good cover to have it for US not for international trips or customers.

I always try to get the protection plan when I can. The geek squad service plan has saved me a couple different times in the past. I also like that the plan is saved in the best buy system, so I don't have to hold onto the receipt and try to remember where it is if I have a problem.

Always get this on every device, you can never go wrong spending the extra money.

This is What Makes BestBuy Awesome! I never buy electronics without it. This is also why I do not buy those products from online Amaz. I only use BestBuy for this reason. You need to protect your purchases.

My daughter got a crack in her screen. It didn't affect the functionality of it but i didn't want it to get worse. Took it in while under the warranty i purchased and they replaced the whole tablet with no issues.

Never know what could happen with PC and all other devices especially for the first several month when still trying to adjust to things. This plan Protect me enough period so highly recommend to everyone.

Best investment I've made by far! My son cracked his screen and without any hassle was able to get it dropped off and worked on. Time frame for repair is a little long (dropped off 6/17, was told it would be done by 7/5). But they send it to your house, so I can't complain.

Def recommend for items that you expect to daily use for the duration of the service. My experience has been quite good with Geek Squad, maybe because I somewhat speak their language a bit.

I always get the protection for any product I buy from best buy worth getting you never know what might happen to your device.
