I went in to Best Buy unhappy, and left with a smile on my face. Geek squad answered all of my questions and treated me like a guest not just another customer. I will continue to come back for all of my needs! Thank you!

The only flaw i would say is they werent able to repair my son tablet so they replaced it and i couldnt renew the protection i would have to spend a whole nother 40 dollars on insurance but other than that its solid i would recommend getting it because when your item breaks it nice to know it can still be replace if not fix
