My son broke a device within 3 days and I did not have the protection plan. I could have kicked myself. But we got another device and the protection plan.

You can't go wrong with thees folks they know their business. Very knowledgeable and personable go out of the way to make whatever is wrong right.

Always buy the warranty to make sure I am covered if something goes wrong. It has came in handy a few times. But it also takes all worries away.
