I am so happy that I got the protection plan on my son's tablet. I was able to exchange it when it broke with ease. I highly recommend.

I always need to make sure to get the added service plan, with a child who tends to break things, it is worth the extra cost!

Protection plan bought for my Mom on the off chance that she broke something. This was to.make sure if anything happens she can get it fixed.

I purchased the protection plan after my daughter cracked the screen on her 1st tablet. Since then, they have had to fix the tablet twice. Definitely worth the money for the protection plan.

Love the samsung tablet. It can be on the heavy side if you add a good protector. Much better then apple tablet which i owned 2 times.

Bought this along with the tablet as a gift for my husband. Better to be safe than sorry when investing on tech. Like the fact that you can renew the coverage on the warranty through geeksquad.

Geek squad employees are confident, trustworthy, and kind. We have a two year service agreement and no second thoughts. They are the BEST!

I haven’t used this protection plan yet but I am super glad I purchased it because at least I can get a new battery out of it by the time it expires.

We purchased a Brother All-In-One printer and did get the Geek Squad. We haven't had to use the protection yet, but good to know we have it just in case.

You just never know, especially with laptops no matter how good they are, so buying the extra protection is important in my book.

It is a very nice product i would highly recommend it.

Love the fact I had the option of a 3 year Geek squad for my android.

They replaced my surface when I took it in, thought it was kind of goofy I was given a used replacement but I guess you can't really expect companies to be truly outstanding when it comes to that.

guess I accidentally bought the 1yr, meant to get the 2yr. I'm not sure if 1yr is enough or even worth it...but 2+ years are definitely a must buy.

get this because if dropped you will think about it 1st and reget not getting it at all to save funds
