I am not tech savvy. I had to go in to store and let them set it up for me. Very friendly employee and answered my questions.

There has been a few occastions I have an accident and needed an expert to fix my computer. This plan is an smart buy to cover accidents and saves money in the long run. Highly recommended.

Geek squad has been great for me. I had a Fitbit go bad before manufacturer warranty went out and the process was very easy to get it replaced. Much better than dealing with manufacturer.

This is a life saver to have especially if you have kids. Just take it in, and Geek Squad will do the rest. I recommend if offered.

Haven't needed to use it yet. Probably overpriced for what you get. If you are not careful with your electronics, unlike me, it would be a good investment.

I always buy the protection plans with the geek squad they are very good at repairs or whatever the situation my be they are prompt and want really nice group of people to work with!!
