We fully recommend buying Geek Squad on any electronic equipment over 100.00. Best Buy stands behind their geek squad protection plans. Either they fix it or replace it.

Protection is always a great investment. Thankfully I haven’t had to utilize it yet but if I need to I’m happy I have it!

Can't go wrong for two years for the price. You never know and it save money in the long run. No hassles either. You can now trade up even.

I highly recommend the Geek Squad service. Everytime I have had to use it I received the best service and my products was taken care of.

Easy to use as Best Buy keeps track of it on the computer. You don't have to have the actual receipt or mail anything in. They will also sub a similar product if necessary. Unfortunately if your product malfunctions before the two years, you will have to buy a new plan for the replacement item.

I would not purchase an electronic without having geek squad protection every again. They actually hold true to fixing and repairing broken items.

I haven’t used the service yet, but I will be. My Samsung delays and will get it checked out to see if there are any issues with.

A really great service if your item that is purchased through Best Buy brakes and they cannot fix it they will replace it brand new

This protection plan is very important along with our purchases in the event any of our devices have any issues

Purchased extra protection with my laptop, should of purchased 4 year plan. Yet, the 1 year came in handy when my laptop stop working correctly. No cost associated with Greek squad help.

Happy that Best Buy offers extended protection for my technology so don't have to be worried about kids using it.

It's always good to buy extra warranties for your electronics, never know what will happen, geek squad warranty is alway good and easy to use
