    Can not really rate this product as i have only just purchased it and not had to use it yet. Will update if i ever have to use it, but very happy with what it covers especially for a teenager.

    Always buy the protection plan with an expensive purchase. Easy to return and fix at Best Buy when you buy protection plan. Love the geek Squad they are so knowledgeable
