    I managed to somehow crack the screen on my Insignia tablet. Exchanging it for a new one was so slick, I love it. The Geek Squad was great in helping with a smooth exchange.

    Always get the Geek Squad for electronics. If it breaks, they fix it. If they can't fix it, they replace it. Never any hassles.

    We ALWAYS buy the protection plan for anything we get our grandkids. We've had to use the plans more than once and Best Buy always gives great customer service--no questions asked!
