I have not had to use the protection plan but I used it on other devise and they are very nice and knowable.

It's great to have the extra protection through Best Buy, so if the tablet gets scratch or broken by accident, they will replace it after a one-time fee.

Geek squad protection has saved me hundreds of dollars my kids can break anything and with this protection it is ok they repair or replace. I love it.

It was a nightmare to deal with Geek Squad over the freezer I purchased. I got the runaround. I spoke with countless people on getting the freezer repaired/junked. In-store employees were a nightmare. Customers do NOT come first. I want to know how it is that GS doesn't make service calls on smaller freezers. It's not like one can easily pack up a freezer to take into the store for repair/junking. It's rather a safety hazzard to everyone involved. I would recommend GS for other things - but they fail with medium size appliances.
