I have not use the Best Buy warranty on this product; however I have on another item. It is hassle free and if replacement is necessary it's very fair.

Haven't needed to use this service yet but I feel great knowing I'm covered should something should happen.

Just buy a protection plan for your item and you won’t have to worry if anything happens in the 2 years it’s valid
